We want you to love your Alice and Wonder finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our community.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
