How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Alice and Wonder ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones in the near future.
How do I know which size to choose?
Since we curate pieces from various designers, sizing can vary. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page and include notes on whether an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within one hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
